Education Background
Kendi is an associate in the Debt Recovery Restructuring and Insolvency (DRRI) unit. She joined the firm in September, 2019. She holds an LLB degree from Moi University and a post graduate diploma in law from Kenya School of law. She was admitted to the bar as an advocate of the high court in November, 2018 and is currently pursuing accreditation as a certified public secretary.
Experience
As an associate in the DRRI unit she handles; debt recovery and contractual disputes, security enforcement disputes, employment matters, liquidation, bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings.
She has also previously worked at Kibet Rop & Company Advocates as an associate advocate in the litigation department where she gained extensive experience in both offensive and defensive litigation in; commercial law, land law and insolvency laws. She has also worked as a trainee advocate at CFL Advocates LLP.
