Shalma is a seasoned Wealth and Private Client lawyer with a wealth of experience in trust structuring, trust management and administration and estate planning.
She is also skilled in matters relating to probate and administration law, corporate-commercial law, conveyancing, real estate and securitization as well as immigration law.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Second Class Honours- Upper Division from Strathmore University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya as well as a Certified Professional Mediator from the Mediation Training Institute of East Africa with a keen interest in family mediation.
She has assisted and handled several successful estate planning briefs and contributed in providing innovative, effective and timely legal solutions. She is also an avid writer who enjoys researching and writing on eccentric and progressive legal issues.
