Education Background
Victorine is a Senior Associate attached to the Corporate and Commercial Business Units. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 5 years post admission experience and is a Commissioner for Oaths. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Moi University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. In addition, she is a CPA 5 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Law (LLM) with a specialization in Corporate Governance at the University of Nairobi.
Experience
Victorine has a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law as well as regulatory compliance including competition law, employment law, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She is well versed in corporate transactions including restructuring of companies and sale of shares as well as undertaking of due diligence exercises on companies for acquisition and compliance purposes.
