Education Background
Diana is an alumnus of The University of Nairobi from which she holds both a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Second Class Honours-Upper Division) and a Diploma in Criminology and Social Order (Awarded Distinction).
She also has a postgraduate Diploma from The Kenya School of Law, is certified as a professional mediator and is currently pursuing her Company Secretarial course with KASNEB.
Experience
Diana previously undertook her pupillage and holding over at Robson Harris and Company Advocates until her admission to the Bar and thereafter joined J. K. Kibicho & Co. Advocates as an Associate where she gained laudable growth and experience in the legal practice.
She is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Banking and Finance and Corporate/ Commercial, Charities and Trusts departments.
Diana has extensive experience in Real Estate matters including providing strategic advice on project developments, company restructures, banking and perfection of securities, property sale and purchase transactions and Commercial matters including advising multinational companies on:
- The regulatory and legal frameworks
- Company Law and commercialization
- creation and enforcement of foreign contracts in Kenya
Diana is a diligent, competent and solution-oriented lawyer, always keen to attain the most favorable results for both the client and team. Her creativity, zeal and ability to understand the clients’ needs to provide bespoke solutions make her a valuable asset to the firm. Outside the office, Diana is passionate about arts and film often partaking in both TV and Theatre productions, Music and the outdoors.
