Throughout his career, Ambrose has demonstrated exceptional legal acumen and achieved significant milestones, including:
- Ambrose successfully defended Corporate Insurance Company Limited against liquidation, where the court struck out an insolvency petition aimed at pressuring the company to pay a disputed debt in Insolvency Petition E009 of 2022:
- Representation of the Petitioner in Mahmoud Shalima Mohamed v. Ministry Of Agriculture, Livestock And Fisheries & Others where he secured a landmark judgment declaring the Fisheries Management and Development Act, 2016 unconstitutional.
- Innovative Legal Strategy in Nicholas Alexander Nesbitt v. Registrar of Companies where he secured a groundbreaking order allowing virtual Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for non-listed companies in Kenya for the first time, adapting to the challenges posed by the global coronavirus pandemic.
