Education Background
Emmanuel is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Nairobi and postgraduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. In recognition of his exemplary performance at the Kenya School of Law he was awarded for emerging the best student in Commercial Transactions for the academic year 2018. He is a Certified Public Accountant, CPA(K) and also a Certified Public Secretary, CPS (K).
Experience
Emmanuel joined the Firm in 2019 as a Trainee Advocate where he has since received extensive legal training in diverse areas related to Dispute Resolution, Debt Recovery, Restructuring and Insolvency, Commercial and Conveyancing. Upon his admission to the Bar he was retained by the firm as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
His areas of practice and specialization within the department extend to diverse matters under the ambit of the following areas of the law:
- commercial litigation
- civil litigation
- environment and land cases
- employment and labor relations
- debt recovery
- enforcement of constitutional rights and freedoms
