This Marketing Services Agreement is an agreement between a client, being the recipient of marketing services and a service provider, providing marketing services.  A marketing services agreement should specify the type of services to be provided, the fees to be paid for the services, ownership of the intellectual property created or exchanged in relation to the marketing efforts amongst other clauses as specified in this template.
