This Live Performance Agreement is an agreement between a band, group of musicians or a record label (being the employer) and a single artist or a group of artists (side artist) who are independent contractors, and who do not have a contract with the host of the event (if different from the employer) to perform at the live event, to perform on an artist’s recording or live performances at an agreed fee. This Agreement is drafted from the point of view of the employer, but may be modified or amended to address specific needs of the parties involved.
