A Commission Agreement is a contract between a principal and an agent whereunder the Principal authorizes the Agent to act on his/her behalf in a given transaction.

This Commission Agreement is between a land owner and an agent engaged to procure a buyer for their land.

The land owner in this case is an individual.

The agent is paid a commission being a percentage of the sale price for the land which is payable upon conclusion of the sale and payment of the sale price.
