Kelvin Mwaniki is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution & Appellate Department, specializing in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
He advises and represents clients across a broad range of contentious matters, including admiralty and maritime law, land and property disputes, commercial litigation, employment and labour relations, banking and financial services disputes, environmental law, and family and succession matters.
Post Graduate Diploma in Law, Kenya School of Law. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), University of Nairobi.
He is an avid follower of sumo wrestling, drawn to its discipline, precision and strategic intensity. He is particularly interested in the sport’s emphasis on balance, strategy and controlled force qualities he considers essential in his legal practice.
He also has a keen interest in architecture and design, which shapes his appreciation of law as a structured process of building clear, efficient, and practical solutions.
