She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over five years of post-admission experience, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. She specializes in a broad range of areas including real property disposition and acquisition, conveyancing, Banking and finance matters, Joint ventures, construction and large-scale projects. Grace has successfully assisted multiple developers in restructuring of real estate transactions, handling registration and transfer of sectional titles, securitization of documents as well as overseeing sales, purchases and conducting due diligence on property acquisitions.
