Victorine Rotich is the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Business unit. Her core areas of specialization are competition and antitrust law, mergers and acquisitions, SME setup and support, and advisory services for family-owned businesses as well as charities and not-for-profit organizations. She has a keen understanding of the regulatory landscape and frequently assists corporations setting up in Kenya to procure licenses and ensure compliance.
