Her core areas of specialization are competition and antitrust law, mergers and acquisitions, SME setup and support, and advisory services for family-owned businesses as well as charities and not-for-profit organizations. She has a keen understanding of the regulatory landscape and frequently assists corporations setting up in Kenya to procure licenses and ensure compliance.
