Jane Mugo is a dynamic and experienced Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over a decade of legal expertise. She specializes in conveyancing matters including sectional titling and all matters real estate law, banking and securities perfection, commercial law, estate planning and succession planning, tax law, immigration advisory and offering strategic and practical legal solutions to individuals, SMEs, and multinational corporations.
Known for her client-centered approach, Jane has successfully handled high-value transactions worth millions of shillings, closed hundreds of transactions and has played a pivotal role in incorporating companies and branch offices for foreign investors, advising on tax implications, registering trusts and foundations, and navigating complex legal documentation with precision and care.
