Jane Okoth is a Manager in the Dispute Resolution and Appellate Practice Group. She is a seasoned and results-driven legal practitioner with nine years’ post-admission experience in dispute resolution, appellate practice, regulatory compliance, legal audit, governance advisory and risk assessment. She is adept at handling complex litigation, advising on risk-sensitive disputes, drafting persuasive pleadings and submissions, and guiding clients through contentious matters with clarity, precision and strategic foresight.

Jane routinely represents and advises corporate and individual clients in disputes including but not limited to corporate and commercial law, banking law, public procurement, employment and labour relations, constitutional and human rights law, judicial review, family and succession law, land and environment disputes, insurance law and general civil litigation. She appears before various Courts and Tribunals and is involved in the conduct of matters from inception through trial, settlement negotiations and appeal.
