Caroline Kendi Kithinji is the Manager of the Debt Recovery, Restructuring, and Insolvency Unit at the firm. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with seven years of post-admission experience and a Commissioner for Oaths. Her practice focuses on debt recovery, insolvency, restructuring, and commercial litigation. Caroline advises a broad range of clients on complex and high-value matters, combining legal expertise with a strategic, results-driven approach. She has significant experience in formulating and implementing effective recovery strategies, managing distressed portfolios, and handling both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring engagements. Caroline has successfully assisted numerous clients in recovering debts through out-of-court negotiations and structured settlements, and has represented clients in complex insolvency proceedings. She also advises on risk mitigation and practical solutions for managing financial distress across various sectors.
