Wahu Wambugu is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an expert in Immigration Law. She leads both the Immigration Global & Mobility Practice Unit & CM Diaspora & Expatriates Club, working in close coordination with the Managing Partner to formulate and implement strategic initiatives that drive the growth and operational excellence of these units.
With a multidisciplinary legal background, her expertise extends to Diplomatic Law Advisory, Real Estate & Banking, Commercial and Corporate Law, IP Law, and Not-for-Profit Law. Wahu offers holistic legal solutions across these practice areas.
She has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in Immigration Law, Real Estate & Banking, Commercial and Corporate Law, Not-for-Profit Law, and other legal fields. In addition , Wahu has authored various legal articles that have directly contributed to business growth within the Firm.
Wahu holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Moi University.
Wahu is a Wisdom gatherer, with a deep interest in a wide range of subjects/books touching everything from solid Christian principles, financial literacy to leadership, &real-life issues.
