Sajni Shah is an Associate in the Real Estate Banking and Finance Department at the firm. She completed her pupilage at the firm and was admitted as an Advocate in the Hight Court of Kenya in November 2024. Sajni has successfully assisted multiple clients in real estate transactions, handling sectional titles and sub-leases, banking and security transactions as well as overseeing sales, purchases, and due diligence processes. She is assisting multiple real estate development projects including preparation of sale agreements, transfers and various deeds. She is well acquainted with the different transaction son the Ardhisasa system.
