Joan Maina is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Banking, and Finance Department and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Her practice focuses on Conveyancing, Banking, and Finance, where she advises and represents clients in a wide range of property and financial transactions.
She has extensive experience handling complex real estate matters, including sectional properties, commercial leases and licenses, sales and acquisitions, and banking transactions. Joan has successfully guided clients through transactions with diverse structures and dynamics, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value creation.
In addition to her transactional practice, Joan is a skilled legal researcher and serves as the Lead Editor of CM Property Digest, the firm’s flagship publication on real estate.
