Personal Profile
Ivy is an Associate Advocate in the Corporate Commercial Department and extends her practice to the Real Estate, Banking and Finance Department at the Firm. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 5 years of post-admission experience. With a strong foundation in Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate law, she has developed expertise across multiple practice areas, including, corporate governance and restructuring, commercial agreements, data protection, intellectual property, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects, real estate transactions and their general regulatory and legal advisory.
Ivy holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial Law (with Distinction) at The University of Aberdeen (UK), Post-graduate diploma in law from The Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She is at Member Level at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and is also a Certified Professional Mediator.
Ivy loves travelling and immersing herself in different cultures and cuisines, an experience that broadens her global perspective and enriches her understanding of diverse client needs.
