She has a proven track record of effectively representing clients across various court levels, including the Employment & Labour Relations Court, the Magistrate’s Court, the Small Claims Court, and in alternative dispute mechanism forums, including arbitrations and mediations. She has a demonstrable ability to advise clients on a broad range of employment-related matters, including disciplinary processes, performance management, termination procedures, and best practices in managing employer-employee relationships. In addition, she also regularly drafts and reviews employment contracts, commercial agreements, and HR policies, ensuring that organizations stay ahead of evolving legal frameworks.
Isabel offers strategic legal advice on regulatory compliance, data protection, and risk mitigation, with a focus on aligning legal solutions to business goals. She also facilitates training on key employment law topics and best practices.
