She advises clients on property acquisitions and disposals, conveyancing, title due diligence, commercial contracts, development and financing arrangements, and regulatory compliance. Damaris brings a commercially focused approach to managing complex transactions, mitigating legal risk, and delivering practical solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
