Antony Miano is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a key member of the Dispute Resolution Department at the firm. With experience representing a wide range of clients across various industries. His expertise spans contractual disputes, insolvency and restructuring, debt recovery, insurance litigation, and arbitration, where he regularly advises corporate clients, financial institutions, and individuals on complex disputes, enforcement actions, and risk mitigation strategies.
Antony is known for his practical approach to dispute resolution, his in-depth understanding of the litigation landscape, and his commitment to delivering commercially sound outcomes for his clients. Antony is also s a member of the Association of Turnaround and Insolvency Kenya Limited (ATIK) - Kenya, INSOL International and the East Africa Law Society’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Law Committee.
