Articles of Association
Articles of Association are internal rules agreed on by the subscribers of a company to regulate how they relate with one another as well as with the company. The Companies Act allows users to either adopt the Model Articles of Association or to draft their own articles to cater for their peculiar circumstances. Having properly drafted articles pre-empts conflict and clearly provide for the different eventualities thus allowing the shareholders to tailor-make solutions that are best suited for their circumstance.
