Agreement for Sale of Land designed to protect a Purchaser’s interests
This is an Agreement for Sale designed in such a way that the Purchaser will be protected by reason of the Vendor giving a number of warranties as far as the sale property is concerned and there is usually no limitation as to the time period within which the warranties will subsist or even if there is a time limit, the same is for such period as is sufficient to guarantee the authenticity and status of the property.
The conclusion or otherwise of the sale transaction is also pegged to the correctness of the warranties.
